1. \u23f1\ufe0f Cancelling an appointment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Cancellation of the appointment at least 24 hours in advance is free of charge<\/strong>.
\u2022 In case of cancellation or no-show within 24 hours,<\/strong> the full fee for the booked service will be charged.
\u2022 If a previous appointment is not cancelled, a new appointment can only be made with advance payment or by arrangement.<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. \ud83e\uddae Arrival rules<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u2022 We ask that in all cases, please bring your dog into the salon<\/strong> safely and on a leash.
\u2022 Please ensure that your dog has the necessary walks and opportunities<\/strong>to relieve itself before arrival - hygiene is a shared responsibility.\n
\n\n\u2022 Upon arrival, please inform us please inform us of any known illnesses, allergies, or behavioral problems your pet may have,<\/strong>such as epilepsy, skin problems, musculoskeletal problems, or a tendency to bite, etc.
\n\u2022 In case of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, the service may be shortened or refused due to lack of time. In such cases, the full fee for the booked service may be charged.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. \ud83e\uddae Departure rules<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u2022 Please arrive no later than 15 minutes after the dog grooming service has been completed. In case of longer delays, a supervision fee (3,000 HUF \/ half hour started) may be charged.
\n\u2022 Extra services requested on site and not agreed upon in advance can only be performed depending on time and capacity.
\n\u2022 We reserve the right to change prices. The current price list is always valid at the time of booking.\nThe price list contains guide prices. The final service fee is determined at the end of the grooming service based on the dog's size, coat, condition, behavior and the working time spent.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4. \ud83e\udd12 Sick or in heat animal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 We are unable to accept dogs that are sick (e.g. vomiting, diarrhea, fever), in heat, or contagious.<\/strong>
\u2022 In case of illness, please visit the veterinarian immediately and notify us of<\/strong> the cancellation of the appointment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. \ud83d\udc89 Vaccinations, health conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 We can only accept healthy dogs with valid mandatory vaccinations<\/strong>in the salon.
\u2022 By booking the appointment, the owner declares that<\/strong>the dog's vaccination program is up to date (especially the rabies vaccination) and that the animal does not suffer from any infectious diseases.
\u2022 In the event of a bite, scratch, or any other incident causing injury,<\/strong> the owner is required to send the dog's health booklet<\/strong>to Canine Barber immediately.
\u2022 In the event of a false statement or failure to cooperate, the service may be refused, and the resulting legal and financial liability lies with the animals owner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

6. \ud83e\udeb3 Parasites<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 We will not accept dogs with fleas, lice, or other parasites.<\/strong>
\u2022 If this is discovered during the treatment, the service may be interrupted and a disinfection fee<\/strong> may be charged in addition to the full grooming service price.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

7. \ud83e\uddcd Attendants, presence<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 No attendants are allowed to enter the grooming<\/strong>work area, except with special permission.
\u2022 Please do not stay in the immediate vicinity of the dog during the service, as it will disrupt the work process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

8. \ud83d\udcf8 Photography, videography<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 We may take pictures or videos of your dog before and after the<\/strong> grooming procedure. These may be used for marketing purposes (website, social media). If you do not wish this, please let us know in advance.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

9. \u2702\ufe0f Neglected, matted fur<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 We surcharge for heavily matted, neglected fur.<\/strong>
\u2022 In such cases, we use the most gentle and shortest possible style,<\/strong> keeping the animal's safety, hygiene and health in mind.
\u2022 In the case of heavily matted, neglected fur, the initial condition can be documented with a photo. By starting the treatment, the owner acknowledges that during the removal of the matted fur, hidden skin irritation, injury or other skin problems may surface, for which the groomer does not assume responsibility.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

10. \u26a0\ufe0f Behavior, safety<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 If the dog is aggressive, unmanageable, or poses a danger,<\/strong>the service may be interrupted. In such cases, the full service fee may be charged.
\n\u2022 If the dog shows extreme stress during the service, a health risk arises, or the grooming work becomes dangerous for the animal, the service may be interrupted. In such a case, the fee for the work performed up to that point will be charged.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

11. \ud83e\uddcd\u200d\u2642\ufe0f Presence of children<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Please only arrive with children if you can ensure their supervision outside the grooming area.<\/strong>
\u2022 To ensure uninterrupted work and prevent accidents, children must not be in the work area.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\u2022 If bathing is not requested, the price does not change.<\/strong>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
